Strawberry Banana Smoothie

ingredients

1 cup of oats

1/2 cup of chocolate chips

 

1/2 cup of coconut shavings

1/2 cup of ground chia seeds

2/3 cups of peanut butter

1/3 cup of honey

1 teaspoon of vanilla 

notes: 

Optional; add 1/2 cup of protein powder.

Substitution; substitute peanut butter for a healthy alternative like almond butter.

instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, add all dry ingredients. Stir well.

2. In same bowl, add all wet ingredients. Mix until bonded together.

3. Cover bowl and place in refrigerator for an hour.

4. Roll into 1/2 inch balls.

5. Enjoy!

* These can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 week, or frozen for up to 3 months.
